These terms apply to everything you buy from this store. They are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm that we accept your order — not at the moment you click the button. Electronic orders and confirmations are legally recognised in Egypt under the Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004.
Before we dispatch, we may decline an order if the item has sold out, or if it was listed at an obviously incorrect price. If that happens we will tell you and refund anything you have paid, in full, by the method you paid with. We will not quietly substitute a different item or a different price.
Once your order has been dispatched, the returns rights on our Returns & Exchanges page apply.

We accept payment by card, processed by Stripe, and cash on delivery. The delivery charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
We deliver within Egypt only. Estimated times and charges are on our Shipping page. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or to somebody you have authorised to receive it.
Egyptian law gives you 14 days from receipt to return an item without giving a reason, and 30 days where an item is faulty or not as described. The two rights differ in who pays return shipping. Both are explained in full on our Returns & Exchanges page.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.
Reviews you write are published on the product page with your name. Do not post anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to publish. We may remove content that breaks this rule.
We are responsible to you for goods that are faulty, unsafe, not as described, or not delivered as agreed.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your mandatory rights as a consumer in Egypt. We are not responsible for losses caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms. The version you accepted when you placed an order is the version that governs that order — a later change does not apply backwards.
