We deliver **within Egypt only**. We do not currently ship to addresses outside Egypt.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within [PROCESSING TIME]. Our team works Sunday to Thursday; orders placed on Friday or Saturday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time is counted from dispatch, not from when the order is placed.

Delivery is currently free on all orders within Egypt.
If we introduce a delivery charge, it will be priced by governorate as below, and the amount that applies to your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. We will never add a charge after you have placed an order.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking details by [TRACKING METHOD]. You can also see the status of any order from your account.
We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you, or to somebody you have authorised to receive it on your behalf. We use courier companies to carry out delivery, but using a courier does not transfer that responsibility away from us.
If your parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it if the damage is visible at the door — and either way, contact us straight away. Items damaged before they reach you are covered by the 30-day right described on our Returns & Exchanges page, and we pay the return cost in that case.
